Village of FrymburkFrymburk(near hill elenov, county Klatovy)is found 16 km south of Strakonice, 493 metres above sea level, on stream Mac(ice /Mac(ický potok/and has around 80 resident inhabitants and fluctuating summer population. Houses are now owned by visitors, including Dutchman (No. 5) who has given up the reconstruction. First mention of this location is in the year 1318. Since that time several knight clans have changed ownership and from 1631 Frymburk formed a part of the larger ichovice estate sharing its ownership legacy. Frymburk castle ruins are from 13th century and medieval fortification with traces of sgrafitti decorations are from !6th century (protected archaeological monument). The tiny chapel of St. Antonin Poduansky was built in 19th century. In 1946 four bits of bronze rings were found dating to the celtic period (4 thousand years ago)

is found 6km from Frymburk on the road to Suice, 450 m above sea level, on he right bank of river Otava and has around one thousand inhabitants. The original residency was mentioned belonging to Br(evnovský monastery in 1043 and kept until year 1420. After that the estates were connected to castle Rabí and when this estate fell apart at the beginning of 16th century ichovice became an independent estate including our village Frymburk and Nezamyslice. The ichovice estate had the area of 3,453 hectares before the 1st world war. ichovice chateau was built at the beginning of the 17th century by renovation of the old fortified estate house. It is a group of preserved renaissance buildings with a round tower, stylish gables and windows and remains of original sgrafite decorations. The hall has a ceiling with plastered decorations (valena klentba s lunetovou a stukovou vyzdobou) and renaissance fireplace. The chateau chapel was built in 1680. Its staircase houses a relief of Christ transferred from Rabi castle in the 15th century. The chapel of St. Alois was built at the beginning of 19th century. Its altar has two carvings of saints from 16th century. House no 50 in the village has a gothic plastered gable end. The granary on the hill is an Empirical building from the 1st half of the 19th century. The little chapel on the road to Nezamyslice is a lovely example from the 2nd half of the 18th century .
is also mentioned first at part of the possession of Br(evnovské monastery whose leaders built in Nezamyslice a beautiful church. In the 14th century called "The White Church". Nezamyslice belonged to the monastery until 1420 when King Zikmund passed this onto brothers from Ryzmberk connected to the castle Rabí and in 1525 it was further sold on. As part of the ichovice estate from 1565 the ownership was that of the estate. The original building of the church of "Nanebevzetí p. Marie" dates to the 3rd quarter of the 13th century and was only a Romanesque tower remains from this time. The further reconstruction was in gothic style around 1390 (Presbytár(). The side arms are from the 2nd half of the 15th century. Three arm formations were arched at the beginning of the 16th century. In 1736 the church was rebuilt in baroque style, the tower was elevated in 1800. The ceilings are of great interest The main altar is pseudo-gothic and the two side altars are baroque. Several beautiful pictures and a statue of baroque Madonna from the 2nd quarter the 15th century can be seen.
