The ground floor of the house, and the courtyard, is totally wheelchair
accessible. There are no steps. The large private courtyard is entered
through an old double gate and there is a ramp to a patio with French
windows into the kitchen and another into a hall entrance.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one with two single beds and
one with a double bed), a large family kitchen/diner and a large living
room.
At this level there is also a toilet with grab rails and a flat floor
roll-in shower with a folding seat.
All important activities happen downstairs but your friends can use the
upstairs bedrooms and extra shower/toilet for their stay. The warm/ hot
days and evenings are perfect for outside barbecues and book reading.
The garden courtyard is good for bird watching from your chair
immediately noticing blackstarts, tree sparrows and nuthatches. View a

There is a modern wheelchair accessible indoor swimming pool with dedicated
changing room (toilet, shower, hairdryer), pool hoist, and water massage
system 15 minutes drive away. With helpful life guards (plavcik) the swimming
